Namboko Clement Kutosi is a graduate civil engineer with BSc Civil Engineering and five years’ professional experience in construction supervision and Materials engineering in Uganda.
He has knowledge of pavement/materials as result of the experience that he has accumulated from the different trainings and responsibilities he has undertaken.
He is well versed with execution and supervision of different materials tests including concrete mix designs, quality control and analysis of results from the tests. He also possesses good knowledge in computer programs including Microsoft office, AutoCAD and STAAD Pro.
