It employs a team of dedicated, experienced, and registered engineering professionals and technicians to carry out daily operations. Aside from that, it is guided by a board of highly accomplished and technical individuals with a passion for quality.

The Management of Heartland Engineering Services is committed to providing, accurate, timely and cost-effective Geotechnical and Materials engineering, infrastructure assessment, geophysical investigations, geological surveys, engineering designs, construction supervision, and project management services compliant with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017, any other relevant national standards, international Standards, and applicable regulations to meet the requirements of its customers.
The management is also committed to ensuring confidentiality and impartiality of its staff by conducting annual risk assessment to manage proactively any threats to impartiality relating to its testing activities.
We are committed to continually pursuing customer satisfaction, providing complementary advisory services and improving service quality.
The staff and all of its organizational units, which are directly or indirectly involved in providing heartland services, are herewith bound to carry out their tasks in accordance with the quality policies laid down in our quality manual.
